About the Teacher
All classes are taught by the Founder of Open Door Spanish, Kristen Lansdale.
Kristen has been teaching Spanish for over a decade, including online classes and eight years of teaching intermediate and middle school students at Santa Catalina School, an independent K-12 school in Monterey, CA.
As an undergraduate at Stanford University, Kristen minored in Spanish and has since gone on to receive her K-12 Spanish teaching credential. Kristen has studied and lived abroad in Spain, Chile, and Ecuador. She loves incorporating her joy for the language and its many Spanish speaking countries and cultures into her classes.
Open Door for Homeschool Students
Open Door offers classes and tutoring to homeschool students through participation with local homeschool charter schools.
